Description

Our pumpkins are made in a variety of color combinations and are thick-bodied for durability and luster. Colors options used are opaque & transparent. If transparent, light will shine through the piece along with portions of the background while opaques may transmit light only slightly, they will not show what is behind them. Every piece is designed with interesting matches of body to stem for a great presentation.

Everything that a paperweight isn’t (round, clear, and symmetrical), these pieces make for a creative contemporary statement. Designed to be lit from beneath with a light box, the dichroic glass galaxy shifts color in the light, highlighting a star field of bubbles. These are a favorite of our male customers. And a host of color combinations which include but are never limited to: blue, green, gold, purple, multi, as well as combinations like green and gold, blue and purple, and more. There are two finishes available for the outside: black and bronze. All metal-like finishes will not tarnish nor change color over time. Large Gold Iridized Paperweight The treasure of the mermaid realm has been found... In this line, I have taken beautiful iridescence  and wrapped it around forms that speak in watery syllables. There are three distinctly different forms:  The Anemone, the Anemone Twist, and the Shell.  Made from solid glass, these pieces have a golden base with rainbow hues playing across their surfaces.  Made entirely by hand, there will be minor differences between each piece.  These are so beautiful you might need one of each.  Each one is the same mass of glass, but formed differently in the three forms.  Which is your favorite?
