Blow Your Ornament Ball (BYOB)

Learn the basics of glassblowing in a supportive and family friendly environment for making your own glass keepsake. Each ornament or sun-catcher takes 15-30  minutes per piece to make. Broad range of colors.  Pieces must anneal and are ready the next day.

• Each slot is for one person making one ornament. One person can sign up for multiple slots in order to make multiple pieces, just choose the slots you would like for you, your friends, or other family members (but you can’t make more than one piece per slot).
• Children age 10 and up are welcome to participate (with an adult family member or parent present).
• All participants must wear cotton clothing and shoes that completely cover the foot.

Important safety consideration:  glassblowing is potentially dangerous. People who are sensitive to heat or strong sun should reconsider blowing glass.  Glassblowing is not without risk and involves exposure to extreme heat for short periods.  Please help us to keep you safe.  Anyone sensitive to high heat should consider coming with a friend and watching the process instead.  Enjoy,  but let’s do so safely!
